B-Systems OÜ is a company registered in Estonia that operates a portfolio of web-based applications. We are the data controller for personal data collected through our services. Contact: brendan@b-systems.ee

2. Our Privacy Commitment

We believe your data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or surveillance technology. All data is stored on EU-hosted servers (Hetzner, Germany) and processed in compliance with GDPR.

3. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address and name (if you create an account).

Payment data: Processed by Mollie B.V. (Netherlands). We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. Mollie's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Usage data: Basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. These logs are retained for 7 days and then deleted.

Content you create: Any data, documents, or content you create within our Apps is stored on our EU servers and belongs to you.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not use: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, cookies for tracking, fingerprinting, or any third-party surveillance tools. We do not read, scan, or analyse your content for advertising or any other purpose.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to: (a) provide and maintain our services; (b) process payments; (c) communicate with you about your account; (d) ensure security and prevent abuse.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, within the European Union. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement access controls to protect your data. Daily backups are maintained across multiple EU servers.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format
Restrict or object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time

We do not use any other third-party services that process personal data.

9. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Server logs are retained for 7 days. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes).

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

11. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email. The latest version is always available at this URL.
