About Lollapalooza
Born as a travelling alt-rock caravan in 1991, Lollapalooza settled into Chicago's lakefront Grant Park, where it now draws hundreds of thousands each August with the city skyline as its backdrop. The line-up spans rock, hip-hop, pop and dance across eight stages, and the festival has spawned editions across South America, Europe and India. It is a big, brash, all-ages celebration in the heart of a great American city. Chicago's food, architecture and lake are all a short walk away.
“Big, brash and right in the heart of a great American city. A proper all-ages blowout.”
